What is the Loyalty Club?
The Loyalty Club is designed to reward consistency and commitment. It has five levels:
Starter → Growth → Advanced → Pro → Pro Volume, with perks increasing at each step.
Here’s what you can look forward to as you climb the tiers:
- Early access to Group B: Get in 24-72 hours before public rounds
- Higher reservation and investment limits
- Priority if Scramble decides to buy back defaulted claims, requests are handled in order I → II → III (details below). Higher priority puts your sell request earlier in the queue, but buy-backs are voluntary and never guaranteed

How (and When) Your Level Changes
Once you’ve participated in three investment rounds, we start tracking your Participation rate and Net cash flow over a rolling 7-month period.
From that point on, your Loyalty status is updated as follows:
- Automatic check: One business day after each round closes
- Instant upgrade: You move up as soon as you meet a new threshold
- Grace period: You only drop a level if your Net cash flow stays negative for two consecutive months
Buy-Back Priority Explained
In the case that a brand defaults, and if Scramble steps in with a voluntary buy-back, requests are handled in three queues:
- Level 1 – Pro & Pro Volume
- Level 2 – Advanced
- Level 3 – Growth

FAQ
Will a big withdrawal drop my level?
Only if it pushes your 7-month net cash flow below zero for two months in a row.
Can I reserve more than I finally invest?
Yes, but any unfunded portion is cancelled on Day 7 and released to the public pool.
Do deposits outside rounds count?
Absolutely - every top-up improves your Net cash flow instantly.
