In response to feedback from our investors who have occasionally experienced problems with SMS-based verification codes, Scramble has taken proactive steps to improve the authentication process. In addition to SMS delivery, we now offer verification codes via WhatsApp and phone calls.

With multi-channel two-factor authentication, we aim to provide an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access to user accounts. Whether it's receiving a code via SMS, WhatsApp, or a phone call, users can now choose the method that works best for them, without compromising on security.
